Rental Options & Rates for non wedding Events
Friday, Saturday or Sunday Fairway Rental, Non-Wedding Event - $1,500
- Full access of the Outlook Backyard Area on day of event
- On-site, personal assistance for the entire event
- Options for water and fountain pop for guests during the event
Monday through Thursday Fairway Rental, Non-Wedding Event - $800
- Full access of the Outlook Backyard Area on day of event
- On-site, personal assistance for the entire event
- Options for water and fountain pop for guests during the event
Rental of only The Gathering Room
~ Weekday - $400
~ Friday, Saturday or Sunday - $450
Use of the room for 4 hours. Seats up to 32 people. Table and chair set up included.
Weekday Rental of The Outlook
~ Weekday - $600
~ Friday, Saturday or Sunday - $800
Use of the backyard and deck for the full day. Perfect for a company picnic or baby shower!
Building access for restrooms only
White or Black Table Linens- $15 per table
Table linens provided in the Main Room or Gathering Room
Kitchen Usage - $150
Use of kitchen for food storage, plating, and staging, but not food preparation.
Caterer Kitchen Rental - $500
Full use of kitchen for food preparation; use of all utensils, cookware and appliances.
China & Silverware $10 per guest
Use of all available china dishes and silverware, along with white cloth napkins.
Includes table setting. Table bussing to be done by cater.
We require a deposit to reserve your date. Please speak with the Fairway Event Coordinator to determine your deposit amount. This amount is non-refundable and will be applied to the total amount due on day of your event. Payment may be made by cash, check or credit.
